Parking only possible in the public parking garage, 100m away. On- and offloading in front of our house is possible.

A bike-rental is situated in the neighbouring building, Sport Achleitner, about 25 m away.
Kayak- and Canoe-rental
In the kayak-centre Zell am See, in the North of the Zeller See, at the campsite Seecamp, to be reached on the bicycle route at the lake in about 5 minutes.
Ski-rental
A ski and boot-rental is situated in the neighbouring building, Sport Achleitner, about 25 m away.
Activities
Hiking, mountaineering, bicycle-tours for montain bikes and road-bikes and trips can be started directly from our house.
Olio & Aceto
The gourmet food store Olio & Aceto is located in our passage. There you can get selected vinegar, oil, herbs, liquors and more.
In the middle of Zell am See
Hiking, mountaineering, bicycle-tours for montainbikes and road-bikes and trips can be started directly from our house. The bicycle route is situated directly at the Zeller See, hiking you can start at the station of the "City Xpress". For children there is the adventure-path "Schmidolinos Feuertaufe" with 11 stations, to be reached by the "CityXpress". On the promenade "Schmittenblicke" children and adults can enjoy the incredible mountainnature and -culture, combined with fun and exploratory spirit. To be reached by the Schmittenhöhebahn.
